Spa Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we ask that you please provide at least 48 hours notice prior to your scheduled appointment. A valid credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment. Late cancellations, reschedules, and no-shows will all be subject to a fee equal to 100% of the service price. *In order to keep up with inflation and avoid raising our prices, a $4.50 service fee will be applied to all services ($1.50 for wax-only clients).
